Embodiment is not only for the gym or yoga studio, it extends out into our everyday lives. In fact, a sense of calm alertness is valuable in high stress and demanding situations.

The Art of Embodiment offers just that.

If you’re an employer, or part of a company looking to incorporate embodiment in to a corporate wellness program, various packages are available.

❊ Testimonials

“Nathan leads his classes with intention to every word and prompt to access a state of deep mindfulness. He guides you into a greater integration of your own mind/body connection that you can then access throughout your day. Each class I experience new responsiveness, resilience and healing.”

Elise T., RN

“I began our sessions not knowing where to turn. I had long standing issues with alignment, lower back pain, and a tremendous amount of tightness and stress. I've tried yoga, chiropractic, massage and felt stuck sorting through big decisions weighing heavy on my mind. I walked out of our first session and I fundamentally felt different. The shifts Nathan offered moved my body and mind in ways that I had been looking for help with for a long time. We continued working together and what I have been impressed by is that my results stayed. I didn't have to book random follow ups. The changes are long lasting. Few practitioners can offer these results. Nathan is incredibly thoughtful, endlessly knowledgable, patient and kind. I felt safe and comfortable with him from day one. I've recommended all my friends and everyone else I can to him because he is amazing!”

Ashley D., Client

“I’ve had one on one bodywork sessions with Nathan as well as attended his classes. His attentiveness to subtle alignments in the body really helped bring awareness to how I hold my body and where I carry stress. There is a lot to gain from the subtle adjustments and invitations Nathan offers in his thoughtful approach to teaching.”

❊ FAQs

  • The Art of Relaxation can be adapted to meet any physical restrictions. The practice can be done sitting, standing and even moving or walking. While the practice is most effective lying down, you can still benefit from the techniques in any position. In fact you are encouraged to engage in the practice throughout your day even if you don’t have the time to, or can’t, lie down.
